Job summary

America's Auto Auction in Wayland, MI is hiring a Lot Attendant. The role involves moving, parking, and organizing vehicles and helping with check-in and staging, with a focus on keeping the lot organized and safe.

We offer training, a starting wage of $17 per hour, Monday–Friday 8–5, full benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and no nights or weekends. Experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Good motor vehicle record required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
