Job summary

America's Auto Auction – Austin is hiring a Lot Attendant to help safely move, park, and organize vehicles on the busy auction lot. Training will be provided, and experience is a plus but not required.

Hours are Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm and Friday 9am–3pm, with no nights or weekends. The role offers full benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) match, and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Good motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles.
• Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and staging.
• Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized.
• Support auction operations and special projects as needed.
