Job summary

America’s Auto Auction – Austin is hiring a Lot Attendant to move, park, and organize vehicles at our Buda, TX location. Training is provided and experience is a plus but not required. The role offers a strong benefits package including health coverage, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and no nights or weekends.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21, and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Good motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles.
• Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and staging.
• Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized.
• Support auction operations and special projects as needed.
