Job summary

America’s Auto Auction in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our growing auction team. This role includes hands-on training in multiple areas of auction operations and daily facility tasks.

You will move and organize vehicles, maintain inventory, assist with check-in and staging, and keep the lot clean and safe. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, full-time with no nights or weekends; Wednesday may be longer to support the main lot.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Good motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles.
• Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and staging.
• Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized.
• Support auction operations and special projects as needed.

We are seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our growing auction team!

Hands-on training in multiple areas of auction operations.

Work Hours for Lot Attendant:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Full time (40 hours a week)
• No nights or weekends!
• Wednesday may be slightly longer to support the main auction lot
