Job summary

America’s Auto Auction is hiring a Lot Attendant in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities include safely moving, parking, and organizing vehicles, maintaining an accurate inventory, assisting with check-in and staging, and guiding vehicles through auction lanes on sale days.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, training provided, full benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Good motor vehicle record required

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles.
• Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and staging.
• Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days.
• Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized.
• Support auction operations and special projects as needed.

• Wednesday 7:30AM - 5:00PM
• Friday 9AM - 1:00PM
