Job summary

America’s Auto Auction in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring a dependable Lot Attendant to join our growing auction team. You will safely move, park, and organize vehicles, and maintain an accurate inventory while supporting check-in and staging.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, full time (40 hours/week) with no nights or weekends. Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and a positive attitude are required; outdoor work in all weather is expected, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Good motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles.

Hands-on training in multiple areas of auction operations.

Work Hours for Lot Attendant:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Full time (40 hours a week)
• No nights or weekends!
• Wednesday may be slightly longer to support the main auction lot
