Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet Tucson seeks a motivated Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of dealership inventory and grounds. You will ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery while supporting sales and service teams.

The role requires a valid driver's license and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team environment. Training and safety protocols are provided; physical outdoor work is involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Move, park, and stage vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, washed, fueled, and presentation-ready.
• Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required inventory materials.
• Monitor inventory locations and assist with vehicle inventory audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots, parking areas, and customer-facing exterior areas.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by preparing and staging vehicles.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, vendors, auctions, or repair facilities as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns to management.
• Support the sales and service departments with vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb in and out of vehicles throughout the workday.
• Ability to drive vehicles for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the dealership property.
