Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must pass a drug test

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization and appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
  • Move, park, and stage vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, washed, fueled, and presentation-ready.
  • Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required inventory materials.
  • Monitor inventory locations and assist with vehicle inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots, parking areas, and customer-facing exterior areas.
  • Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by preparing and staging vehicles.
  • Transport vehicles between dealership locations, vendors, auctions, or repair facilities as needed.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns to management.
  • Support the sales and service departments with vehicle pickups and deliveries.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This position is responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, fueled, and ready for customer delivery while supporting the sales and service departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb in and out of vehicles throughout the workday.
