Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet Tucson is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of dealership inventory and grounds. You will ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready, while supporting sales and service teams and assisting with deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to operate manual and automatic transmission.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and appearance of vehicle inventory.
  • Move, park, and stage vehicles around the lot and service areas.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
  • Install dealer plates, window stickers, and inventory materials.
  • Monitor inventory locations and assist with audits.
  • Assist with customer vehicle deliveries and staging.

Job description

Position Summary

Courtesy Chevrolet Tucson is seeking a motivated and dependable Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of dealership inventory and grounds. This position is responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, fueled, and ready for customer delivery while supporting the sales and service departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organization and appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
  • Move, park, and stage vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, washed, fueled, and presentation-ready.
  • Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required inventory materials.
  • Monitor inventory locations and assist with vehicle inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots, parking areas, and customer-facing exterior areas.
  • Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by preparing and staging vehicles.
  • Transport vehicles between dealership locations, vendors, auctions, or repair facilities as needed.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns to management.
  • Support the sales and service departments with vehicle pickups and deliveries.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb in and out of vehicles throughout the workday.
  • Ability to drive vehicles for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the dealership property.
