Job summary

Sands Chevrolet of Surprise is seeking a motivated entry-level Lot Attendant to safely move and organize vehicles, maintain a neat lot, and support display standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate dependable attendance and a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate motor vehicles.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, organize, and retrieve dealership and customer vehicles.
• Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and per display standards.
• Maintain clean lot and display areas.
• Secure and organize vehicle keys.
• Assist with locating and transporting vehicles as needed.
• Report vehicle damage, missing keys, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with shuttle or customer transportation duties when assigned.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
