Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in the Southeast is seeking an energetic lot attendant to maintain our vehicle inventory and lot. You will receive shipments, inspect cars, photograph inventory, and ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas.

You will support sales staff, keep the lot clean and organized, and learn dealership software to build accurate vehicle descriptions. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and a can-do attitude are required.

Responsibilities

Join our team: Fred Anderson is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented lot attendant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot. The Lot associate will assist in receiving and inspecting new shipments, ensure all accessories are included, and move and arrange vehicles to optimize space. They will ensure all vehicles have photos taken and are parked in designated lot areas and assist the sales team as needed.

What we are looking for:

  What we are looking for:

  • Marketing new and used vehicles
  • Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles
  • Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price
  • Overseeing and maintaining keys
  • Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first
  • Informing supervisor of issues as they arise
  • Assisting the sales team as needed
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • Other duties as assigned by managers
