Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Lot Attendant to maintain our vehicle inventory and organize the dealership lot. You will receive and inspect shipments, ensure accessories are present, photograph inventory, and help move vehicles to maximize space.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organization, can drive both manual and automatic transmissions, and can learn new software used for inventory and descriptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Comfort with basic computer software for inventory and listing vehicle descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize dealership lot to maximize space.
• Take clear photos of inventory and ensure accurate vehicle descriptions.
• Receive shipments, inspect new arrivals, and verify accessories.
• Assist sales team as needed and keep lot clean and accessible.

Join our team: Fred Anderson is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented lot attendant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot. The Lot associate will assist in receiving and inspecting new shipments, ensure all accessories are included, and move and arrange vehicles to optimize space. They will ensure all vehicles have photos taken and are parked in designated lot areas and assist the sales team as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris
• Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas
• Taking pictures of vehicle inventory
• Using software to build vehicle descriptions

  What we are looking for:

  • Marketing new and used vehicles
  • Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles
  • Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price
  • Overseeing and maintaining keys
  • Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first
  • Informing supervisor of issues as they arise
  • Assisting the sales team as needed
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • Other duties as assigned by managers
