Job summary

Johnson RV in Sandy, OR is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. You will maintain the lot, stage RVs, and support technicians by moving vehicles safely.

This full-time position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to operate large vehicles, and a can-do attitude. Training is provided, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate large vehicles, including RVs and trailers (training provided).
• Forklift Certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience with RVs or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lot maintenance and RV/trailer staging on the lot.
• Move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers per dealership guidelines.
• Maintain lot appearance, landscaping, and debris removal.
• Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups.
• Support staff and technicians to keep operations running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $18 - $19/hour based on experience

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities

• Lot maintenance
• Support the staff by keeping RV’s staged in their proper location
• Provide a seamless operation for technicians moving from one RV to the next
• Safely move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers on the lot according to dealership guidelines
• Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the lot, including landscaping and debris removal
• Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups
• Other duties as assigned
