Job summary

Johnson RV in Sandy, Oregon is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. This full-time role involves lot maintenance, moving and staging RVs, and coordinating with technicians and customers for deliveries and pickups.

You will work outdoors in all weather, using a valid driver’s license and training as needed. Prior RV or dealership experience is a plus, forklift certification preferred, and a positive, reliable work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate large vehicles, including RVs and trailers (training provided).
• Forklift Certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience with RVs or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lot maintenance.
• Support the staff by keeping RV’s staged in their proper location.
• Provide a seamless operation for technicians moving from one RV to the next.
• Safely move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers on the lot according to dealership guidelines.
• Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the lot, including landscaping and debris removal.
• Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups.

Compensation: $18 - $19/hour based on experience
