Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a motivated Lot Porter to transport RV units around the dealership lot and help prep units for delivery or pickup.

You will keep the lot clean and organized, assist with snow removal, follow safety protocols, and support sales/service teams. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background/drug test required; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot.

Key Objectives

• Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs

What You’ll Bring

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary
• Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions

• RVs are moved safely and on schedule to meet internal deadlines
• Lot remains clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers
• Sales and service operations are supported through efficient lot movement
