Job summary

Bish's RV in Utah is seeking a dependable Lot Porter to join our team. You will move and park RVs, assist with staging for delivery, and help maintain a clean, organized dealership lot while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Attention to weather conditions, a valid driver's license, forklift experience, and the ability to pass a background and drug test are required. Training is provided, and team members are encouraged to grow within our dealership network.

• Comfortable operating large vehicles and RVs.

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed.
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup.

• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales.
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related upkeep.
• Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish's RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot. Pay range: $18-$20 hourly.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish's RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot. Pay range: $18-$20 hourly.

Key Objectives

• Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs

What You'll Bring

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Prior forklift experience required
• Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions

Expected Results

• RVs are moved safely and on schedule to meet internal deadlines
• Lot remains clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers
• Sales and service operations are supported through efficient lot movement
• Unit damage is avoided through careful handling and attention to detail
