Essential Duties
- Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas.
- Overseeing and maintaining inventory.
- Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory and ensuring the most marketable vehicles are displayed first.
- Informing the supervisor of issues as they arise.
- Maintaining lot inventory and systems.
- Ensuring all vehicle information is entered into the company’s software.
- Overseeing the release of all vehicles.
- Managing checks or digital payment forms upon release.
- Matching vehicle release details to the payment system.
- Marking vehicles that are on the way out.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Performing any other duties assigned by management.

- Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills.
Physical Requirements
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, working outdoors where extreme cold and heat are possible. Noise level is moderately loud. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and have no lifting restrictions. Must not fear heights. Must use hydraulic oils, motor oils, antifreeze, and diesel fuels. Must be able to sit, stand, lie on the ground, bend over, and move intermittently.
