Job Summary

This role involves assisting customers, verifying vehicle information, maintaining the lot, and supporting daily yard operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle release and retrieval, ensuring excellent service.
• Verify vehicle information and update system records as needed.
• Ensure proper processing of insurance, E&E, and stock vehicles.
• Complete registrations, releases, lot visits, and setouts accurately.
• Perform mild property clean-up and basic facility maintenance.
• Support team members and yard operations to maintain workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and the public; bilingual a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Regular use of hands and fingers for tasks.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
