Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a energetic Lot Attendant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot. The role includes receiving and inspecting new shipments, ensuring accessories are included, and moving vehicles to optimize space. You will photograph inventory and help the sales team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team as needed and inform supervisor of any issues.
• Maintain keys and ensure license plate frames are affixed to vehicles.

Fred Andersonis looking for an energetic, detail-oriented lot attendant to maintain our dealership’s vehicle inventory and lot.

The Lot associate will assist in receiving and inspecting new shipments, ensure all accessories are included, and move and arrange vehicles to optimize space. They will ensure all vehicles have photos taken and are parked in designated lot areas and assist the sales team as needed.

• Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles
• Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price
• Overseeing and maintaining keys
• Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first
• Informing supervisor of issues as they arise
• Assisting the sales team as needed
• Complying with all company policies and procedures
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Other duties as assigned by managers
