Bergstrom Automotive in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, keep vehicles clean and ready for guests, and assist with moving cars between locations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to operate various vehicles, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and comfort working outdoors in any weather. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, aligned, and presented professionally.
• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed to prepare them for guests and sales displays.
• Assist with the transportation of vehicles between dealership locations or for guest deliveries.
• Conduct lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly secured and accounted for.
• Organize and maintain vehicle keys and paperwork according to dealership standards.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support the sales and service teams by moving vehicles to and from service areas, lot displays, and parking spaces.
• Perform general lot maintenance and ensure all areas are free of debris and hazards.

What You'll Do

Schedule

5 day work week / Monday-Saturday

Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (with a week day off when you work Saturday)

Pay starting at $18.00-19.00/hour based on experience.
