Job summary

Greyhaven Homes is seeking a motivated lot acquisition salesperson to connect with residential lot owners and identify buildable opportunities for future home construction. You will conduct high-volume outreach, qualify opportunities, and maintain detailed records to guide leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes persistence, clear communication, and collaboration with a growing team to execute acquisition strategies in targeted Texas markets.

Qualifications

• Previous real estate experience required; residential lots, acquisitions, new construction, builder relations, land development, or seller outreach experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cold calling, sales, prospecting, lead generation, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Ability to understand basic real estate concepts, property ownership, lot development, lot restrictions, utilities, access, and market opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Cold call residential lot owners to introduce Greyhaven Homes, confirm ownership details, and gather key information about the lot, including location, size, access, utilities, restrictions, pricing expectations, and potential interest in selling.
• Identify and qualify potential lot acquisition opportunities that align with Greyhaven Homes' construction needs, preferred markets, and build criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, property details, seller motivation, follow-up dates, and opportunity status in the company database.
• Conduct consistent follow-up with lot owners to build rapport, understand seller motivation, and move qualified opportunities through the acquisition pipeline.
• Research property records, ownership information, market activity, and basic land characteristics to support acquisition decisions.
• Help grow, organize, and maintain Greyhaven Homes' lot owner database to support current outreach efforts and future acquisition campaigns.
• Communicate professionally with lot owners, clearly explaining Greyhaven Homes' interest in acquiring lots for future home builds.
• Provide organized notes and property information to leadership for review, evaluation, and potential next steps.
• Stay persistent and consistent with daily call activity, outreach goals, and follow-up expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned as the role expands with the company’s growth.
