UNIQLO is opening a new Washington DC location in 2026 and seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to help maintain a safe shopping environment and manage inventories. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, supporting protection and safety across the stores.

The position requires training ability, strong communication, knowledge of relevant laws, and readiness to travel within the district. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in loss prevention or security operations preferred.
• Ability to train store team on policies and procedures.
• Ability to identify shoplifting and detain following guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership and associates.

Mansioni

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and standards.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters per company guidelines.
• Lead associate awareness and assist with internal investigations.
• Focus on inventory management and shortage reduction procedures.
• Ensure compliance with shortage reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen LP culture.
• Support audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
