Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, speaking English required.
• Stand/walk for entire shift; able to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Able to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Loss Prevention tools (e.g., Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss and shrink.
• Detect and apprehend individuals for theft in a professional manner per policy and law.
• Represent the company in criminal actions resulting from apprehensions.
• Maintain security and safety of store assets and coordinate with Store Management.
