Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Safety / Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead safety and loss prevention initiatives within our distribution center. You will ensure OSHA compliance, oversee workers' compensation programs, and deliver safety trainings for staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience and strong leadership in warehouse safety. Starting salary is $47,500 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Experience managing workers' compensation programs and injury management.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and safety reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety and loss prevention operations within the distribution center.
• Develop and conduct OSHA and company safety training programs.
• Perform job hazard analyses and implement safe work practices.
• Maintain accident reports, inspection records, safety logs, and training documentation.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to support facility security and operational goals.
