Goodwill SoCal is hiring a Loss Prevention Safety Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service while monitoring store safety and surveillance systems. In this non-security role you will greet customers, report incidents, assist in emergencies and support the Loss Prevention team with daily tasks on the sales floor.

Formación

• 1 year or more of Loss Prevention and/or Security experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear incident reports and emails.
• Familiarity with camera surveillance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide alert, professional assistance to the Loss Prevention team.
• Greet customers and deliver excellent service.
• React effectively to assist requests and incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and logs.
• Assist regional managers with projects and admin duties.
