Job summary

Home Depot seeks an Asset Protection Specialist to prevent theft and fraud and to support safety and environmental program compliance in the store. You will use security tools, review CCTV, audit surveillance, and drive shrink elimination within the team.

You will prepare detailed case reports, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in court when needed, while upholding integrity and customer safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss due to theft and fraud in assigned store(s).
• Review CCTV and exception reports and monitor physical security.
• Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; testify when required.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and uphold safety.
