• Review CCTV and exception reports, monitor the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS).
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud and work with store personnel to reduce shrink.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement as needed; testify in court as required.
