Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Agent to prevent theft and fraud while ensuring a safe shopping environment. You will patrol stores, monitor CCTV, engage with suspects professionally, and collaborate with management and law enforcement as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of LP experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. This on-site position offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random store patrols to deter theft by customers or employees.
• Monitor CCTV systems and review footage to investigate theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
• Engage with suspects professionally to address and resolve potential theft incidents.
• Collaborate with store management, staff, and law enforcement when needed to report and resolve incidents.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention policies and procedures; adapt strategies to minimize risks.
• Conduct risk assessments of store operations and recommend improvements to prevent losses.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and loss prevention activities for store management.
