National Beef in Moultrie, GA is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer Lead to join our on-site team. You will lead loss prevention duties, monitor access, patrol premises, and document surveillance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be dependable, objective, and professional with a strong attendance record.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and MS Office; able to type.
• Willing to work in extreme weather and walk long distances within a facility.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, Floater schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in performance of job duties
• Support Management in setting and meeting goals
• Maintain working knowledge/performance of Loss Prevention duties
• Assist in training current and new Loss Prevention Officers
• Maintain working knowledge of Loss Prevention Officers work scheduling process
• Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic
• Secure premises by patrolling property
• Inspect Vehicles
• Inspect closed containers
• Monitor controlled access points
• Complete/Verify required reports in a timely manner
• Record observations, occurrences and surveillance activities
• Prevent loss/damage to company property by providing a uniformed presence
• Investigate incidents of irregularity
• Contribute to a team effort
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an ON-SITE position.

Qualified candidates for the Loss Prevention Officer Lead Position should have the following

• Must be willing and able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to walk extensive distances throughout the facility for extended periods
• Must have flexible hours, a "Floater” type schedule to help cover planned, unplanned absences or any other scheduling needs including weekends and holidays
