Job summary

National Beef, ubicado en Moultrie, Georgia, busca un Loss Prevention Officer Lead para liderar el personal de prevención de pérdidas, vigilar las operaciones y proteger las instalaciones. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Lectura/escritura en inglés; bilingüe es una ventaja.
• Conocimiento de instalaciones y procedimientos de seguridad.

Responsibilities

• Liderar, dar ejemplo y apoyar a la gerencia para cumplir metas.
• Mantener conocimiento de las funciones de los oficiales de seguridad.
• Capacitar a oficiales de seguridad actuales y nuevos.
• Monitorear y documentar procesos de flujo de personas y vehículos.
• Patrullar y asegurar instalaciones y accesos.
• Inspeccionar vehículos y contenedores cerrados.
• Generar y completar reportes de manera oportuna.
• Investigar incidentes de irregularidades y evitar pérdidas.
• Contribuir al trabajo en equipo.
• Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Officer Lead position include but are not limited to:

• Lead by example in performance of job duties
• Support Management in setting and meeting goals
• Maintain working knowledge/performance of Loss Prevention duties
• Assist in training current and new Loss Prevention Officers
• Maintain working knowledge of Loss Prevention Officers work scheduling process
• Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic
• Secure premises by patrolling property
• Inspect Vehicles
• Inspect closed containers
• Monitor controlled access points
• Complete/Verify required reports in a timely manner
• Record observations, occurrences and surveillance activities
• Prevent loss/damage to company property by providing a uniformed presence
• Investigate incidents of irregularity
• Contribute to a team effort
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an ON-SITE position.

Cualificaciones

Qualified candidates for the Loss Prevention Officer Lead Position should have the following:

• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to remain objective, impartial, and professional
• Good people and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Bilingual is a plus
• Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment
• Facility Area Knowledge
• Strong keyboarding and typing proficiency
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Must be willing and able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to walk extensive distances throughout the facility for extended periods
• Must have flexible hours, a "Floater” type schedule to help cover planned, unplanned absences or any other scheduling needs including weekends and holidays

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
