Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. in Louisville, KY, is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer for a retail setting. You will monitor CCTV, deter theft, and maintain a secure environment while delivering professional customer service.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will write detailed incident reports, testify in court when needed, and partner with local law enforcement to deter shoplifting. A HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

Security Officers will be working under the Loss Prevention section of Continental for a retail box store.

Hours: FT/40 hours - covering the 2nd shifts

Includes but is not limited to

Security Officers will work as a uniformed retail loss prevention officer. As a Security Officer you will be required to monitor cameras for potential shoplifters. You will be required to confront and stop all potential shop lifters. Security Officers will need to be able to write detailed reports for the client on the shop lifting incident. Security Officer will be required to testify in court for the shop lifting incident. Security Officer will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal and written communication skills. Security Officers will network with local Law Enforcement to help deter and apprehend shoplifters.

REQUIREMENTS:
