The LP Lead will model customer engagement, document incidents in LPMS, and work with local authorities as needed. The position requires the ability to walk the sales floor and training responsibilities with store teammates.

Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses by deterring external theft and executing key operational programs.
• Monitor store compliance with safety, operational controls and MES execution.
