Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer and teammate traffic for potential theft.
• Complete incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting, and grab & go activity. Follow-up with local authorities for case resolution.
• Create an inclusive in store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
• Walk sales floor, stockrooms and office areas during shift.
• Deescalate incidents involving athletes exhibiting concerning behavior.
• Demonstrates company values related to customer engagement.
• Provide ad hoc support for general store needs.
• Participates in Shrink Coach meetings, new hire orientation and conduct training sessions.
• Assist Shrink Coach with Shrink Business Plan on a limited basis.
• Conducts MES sweeps, fitting room checks and safety standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
