Job summary

Fleet Farm in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to help reduce shrink and protect store assets. You will work with store and LP leadership, using advanced camera systems and reporting tools to investigate and deter theft.

Responsibilities include surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects, monitoring staff and customers, documenting incidents, and coordinating with local law enforcement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitors customer and Team Member activity to prevent potential theft of Company assets.
• Assists with monitoring store compliance with company policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
• Works closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
