Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to help protect company assets and shrink. You will work closely with store and loss prevention leadership using advanced camera systems and incident reporting tools to deter theft.

The role involves surveillance of external suspects, monitoring team and customer activity, and maintaining thorough incident records. A flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Surveillance and investigations of external theft suspects to reduce shrink.
• Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports.
• Ability to monitor customer and Team Member activity per policy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitor customer and Team Member activity to prevent potential theft of Company assets.
• Assists with monitoring store compliance with company policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
