Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator in Sioux Falls, SD to help protect company assets and reduce shrink. You’ll use advanced camera systems and reporting tools to identify and deter theft while maintaining thorough records.

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have LP experience or a strong interest in investigations. Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitor customer and Team Member activity to prevent theft of company assets.
• Assist with monitoring store compliance with theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Accurately completes all incident and statistical reports; maintains records according to standards.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and court officials.
