Job summary

Fleet Farm in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to support our stores by preventing shrink and ensuring asset protection. You will work with store and LP leadership using advanced camera systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities include surveillance, apprehension of external theft suspects, maintaining incident records, and coordinating with local law enforcement. Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, prior loss prevention experience a plus.
• Experience with surveillance and incident reporting is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects following company guidelines.
• Monitor customer and Team Member activity to deter theft and protect assets.
• Assist with store policy compliance on theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Complete statistical and incident reports and maintain arrest/investigation records.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and court officials.
