Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to protect assets and reduce shrink at the Baxter, MN location. You will work with store leadership, monitor activity, and use surveillance tools to identify theft and safety issues, while maintaining proper records.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and may require flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Prior loss prevention experience is preferred, and you will collaborate with local law enforcement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitors customer and Team Member activity to prevent potential theft of Company assets.
• Assists with monitoring store compliance with company policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
