Your Role

As a Loss Prevention Investigator, you will work as a member of our Loss Prevention team to prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager. The team makes life extraordinary by supporting the store efforts to maximize sales by protecting our people, products, and profits.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store
2. Assess and assist in emergency situations
3. Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for theft, fraud, or other loss
4. Conduct investigations and document all loss prevention incidents
5. Prepare reports related to theft, merchandise recoveries, accidents, and audits
6. Reduce inventory loss through audits and training
7. Support store operations programs
