HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a Loss Prevention Associate in Burlington, VT. You will complete daily safety tasks, support store management, and execute procedures to deter and address theft while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. A flexible schedule is needed to support store operations.

• Ensures apprehensions align with theft activity and documents properly.
• Maintains evidence and follows law enforcement procedures as needed.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety and maintains a safe store environment.
