Von Maur is seeking a Loss Prevention Department Manager to lead a retail security team and protect assets. You will motivate associates, reduce shrink, and oversee day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will train staff, review case statistics, and develop prevention strategies while advancing within a company known for strong service and internal promotion.

The expected base wage for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates' wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
