Von Maur is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to protect assets and create a safe shopping environment. You will monitor for shrinkage, deter theft, and enforce store policies with integrity.

The role involves identifying loss sources, apprehending shoplifters per policy and laws, maintaining logs, and conducting investigations including fraud cases. Flexible day/evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security is preferred.
• Ability to identify sources of loss from theft and shrinkage.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and documentation.
