Von Maur in Illinois is seeking a Loss Prevention Department Manager to lead a team devoted to protecting assets and reducing shrink through vigilant store oversight.

You will train and coach associates, implement loss-prevention solutions, monitor for fraud and theft, and coordinate day, evening, and weekend shifts.

As a Loss Prevention Department Manager, you lead a team in protecting the company’s assets. You have the opportunity to prevent loss and control shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, theft, and other security related activities.

The expected base wage for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
