CVS Health is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator (APC) to enhance the customer experience by preventing loss and safeguarding store assets. You will work closely with store leadership to monitor activity, respond to incidents, and share intelligence with the Asset Protection team.

The role emphasizes customer service and theft deterrence rather than apprehension, with a typical 40-hour work week and a pay range of $18.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and loss prevention experience.
• Ability to monitor store activity and report findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prevent theft and secure devices.
• External Theft Reporting and review habitual offenders in Auror system.
• Monitor store compliance with AP programs and report findings.
