Job summary

Marshalls in Chicago, IL is hiring for a Loss Prevention Associate to support store management and protect the company brand. You will act as a visual deterrent, wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and respond to requests from store teams via radio.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, the ability to work independently, and comfort standing for long periods. 0–2 years of retail or security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers; demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests by directing to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
