Job summary

Marshalls in Lancaster, CA is hiring for a Loss Prevention/Store Support role. You will deter theft, wear a body worn camera, and support store teams to ensure a safe, positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable; the role requires standing for long periods and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a member of management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
