Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper, professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and procedures.
• Wear the approved uniform and a body worn camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Be stationed at the front or in a department as needed.
• Assist customers by routing to management or service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
