Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting.
• Monitor the entrance for the entire duration of the shift to reduce theft opportunities.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store associates and observe for suspicious activity.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Remain vigilant, maintain professional appearance, and follow safety and security standards.
