• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership to foster productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and greet customers entering or exiting.
• Monitor front of store, entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates.
