Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to prevent financial loss and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned stores. You will identify theft and fraud, review CCTV and reports, monitor security, audit EAS, and foster a shrink-elimination culture.

Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss by theft and fraud; monitor store security and CCTV; review exception reports and EAS audits; identify incidents and drive shrink elimination in-store.
• Prepare accurate, detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries; preserve evidence; interact with law enforcement; testify in court actions when needed.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty; perform duties in a manner that minimizes risk to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
• Demonstrate integrity at all times and support asset protection and operational responsibilities aligned with store objectives.
